The Houston Firecrackers are forgoing A.J. Lion using an agreement acquistion as the 21 years of age is anticipated to tip far from the video game completely, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
It is unclear whether this is being dealt with as a momentary break for Lion as he deals with individual concerns or if the 2022 No. 16 total choice is retiring completely. It seems like Lion will certainly be taking his time in deciding.
According to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle, the acquistion deserves $250,000 and the Firecrackers are permitting Lion to “remain the [2024-25] period while taking into consideration whether to proceed his profession.”
